shareI don't know. I hear a "da.." as in "days" but Bill sings the word like "dazes". Listen to the song. The only part that has the word race is in the beginning of the song. "Life is a race and I know I can win it."
I don't hear a "ra" as in "races" on the line "At the end of every one of my...". Honestly, it can go either way to fit the song, but I'm pretty sure it's "Days." I guess you can judge for yourselves, but I don't hear it as "At the end of every one of my races." Even the guy who made that fansite up (where I got the lyrics from) says it's Days.
