Does anyone know if this is on DVD or coming to DVD

I just got the freddy collection boxset and I want to complete it with the Freddy's Nightmares on DVD. I've looked for this show on DVD but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if it's on DVD or Coming to DVD? If it's coming to DVD does anyone know the release date?

YOUR RIGHT. I BOUGHT THIS DVD WHICH HAD 3 EPISODES FROM VOLUME 1.I DID HERE THAT THERE WERE PLANS TO RELEASE THE REST OF THEM BUR SALES WERE SO POOR,THE IDEA WAS THEN SCRAPPED.

You can get region 2 episodes from europe, and you can get a few episodes on VHS. Aside from that all you can probably do is record them on chiller.

it's sold by the user S-10 he will instruct you on what to do(sending payments, delivery wait, etc).
He also has a copy of Halloween: The Producer's Cut intercutted with the Theatrical edition, and special features. Just ask him about it.

was it good quality?

The episodes are good quality. Some of them you can tell were recoreded on a tape, but it's still great. A couple of the music videos and featurettes are either low sound or low quality but still watchable.
The set itself is very professional looking and even gives credit to New Line and Warner Brothers.
I guarentee you it will be $65.00 well spent.

Is there any update on whether Freddy's Nightmares will be coming out on DVD? Or will it be another show owned by Warner Brothers which they won't license out to another DVD distributor?

That sucks. I loved watching that show when I was in college... a DVD set would be great trip down memory lane (albeit one where all the street lights are out and there's a strange noise coming from just outside the car).

I happend to run across it at a horror convention in Dallas, Tx, it was a bootleg copy, It is the entire series, i think i got pretty lucky with it! I only paid 40 bucks for it, but it was recorded on vhs and then transfered to dvd, some of the episodes are kinda crapy, but i couldnt pass it up.

They did, many years back.

Alas, it's pretty hard to find all of them. But it was released on DVD. It was not a big seller, so it was discontinued.
