What network did this show originally air on?

I have very fond memories of coming home late on Saturday night and watching
Freddy's Nightmares on WOR ch9 in New York City airing at 11PM on Satuday nights

I believe that Freddy was simply syndicated and sold to different stations in different cities

What a great series it was
