Ep w/ Babysitter who discovers girl locked in basement?

I remember watching this show back in '88 when i was pretty young. For some reason, the episode about the babysitter who discovers a girl locked in the basement of the house she was babysitting at really stuck with me even tho i only saw it once. Can anybody help me with this one?

I'm positive the episode you speak of is "Do You Know Where Your Kids Are?"

Yeah it's a sequel to BloodLines which was also a good episode.
