In the episode "Do You know Where Your Children Are" the babysitter finds out that the child locked in the basement Patty is crazy and that Patty isn't really the parents daughter. When she ask where her real parents are her friends explains that her father is a mental patient at the local mental institution and her mother was a Nun who committed suicide.
Could it be possible that this episode tried to say that Amanda Krueger had twins?

shareNo, I don't think she was Freddy's sister, I think they just threw that is as a wierd, quirky twist. Also Indentity Crisis, The girl's name was also Katherine, I think. So I wonder if she was the SAME one from Freddy's Dead?
Most people see things that are and ask "why?", I dream things that never were and ask, "why not?"
The girl in "Do You Know Where Your Kids Are?" wouldn't have even been born until after Freddy was already dead. I doubt she was supposed to be in her 40's
