I guess I'm the 'Resident Expert' on all things Freddy's Nightmares now

I don't know how frequently I'll be on here, but if you have any questions about any of the episodes, I'm your best-bet for the answer. I'm one of the main contributing members behind the team on the Nightmareonelmstreetfilms.com forums who are responsible for THE elite DVD set of the Complete 44 Episode Series of Freddy's Nightmares(Absolute BEST quality you will find ANYWHERE) & 4-Disc Nightmare Franchise Unreleased Extras set. Between several horror franchise forums, I'm known as either "TheNextKrueger" or "#1FreddyFan"

So how's the quality of the episodes? Are they in HD or are they at least DVD quality?

They're NOT HD. You will NEVER find this series ANYWHERE in HD. The entire series was compiled from the absolute best quality of each episode that we could find on VHS(and between the main people involved in making it, we'd each spent over 15 years tracking them down). Then they were transferred into a digital editor and cleaned up as best we could, then burned onto the DVDs we offer in the set. ANYTHING can be put on a DVD, so saying what is or is not "DVD Quality" is completely subjective and depends on your own individual point of view. On a scale from 1 to 10, the episodes range in quality from 5(very few eps are this low in quality, but we could only work with what we actually had) to 9.5. Most average around 7 or 8. I can honestly & confidently say that you will NOT find a set of higher quality ANYWHERE

Even the masters are standard definition video. This series was shot on tape, like soap operas at the time. That fan set conhager speaks is the best/most complete out there.

I love that set! It's got everything you could possibly ask for.

EVERY episode and episode trailer for the series plus every extra you could possibly think of for the movies that aren't already on any of those DVDs.

It really is an amazing set.

Since you are the expert and I was looking for just that, I'm hoping you know the answer to this cuz I can't seem to find it. In the episode My Sister's Keeper, the actor that plays the guy that goes running up to sing to the shy sister, I think the the character name was something like Jeff Ritzo, or something similar to that, what I would like to know is the actors name, he seems so familiar and I've searched everywhere but can't seem to find the name of the actor that plays him...also if u happen to know if he's in anything else recognizable, let me know, cuz he seems so familiar but I can't put my finger on where I've seen him, but if I could at the very least get the actors name, that would help so much, with that maybe I can look him up and see where I may have seen him. Thank you for your time, I really do hope this is something u can answer :)
