Reflections by Diana Ross and the Supremes

I just bought a version of "Reflections" at L&L on an album called "Baby Love" (credited to just "The Supremes" vs. the China Beach soundtrack CD which is credited to "Diana Ross & The Supremes"), and this version [1] differs from the from the music used for the opening credits [2]:
[1] has 3 extra verses after the 1st "the love you took from me"
[2] has an "ohh" before "as I peer thru the window"
[1] has an extra "all in vain" by the backup singers
[1] has 2 verses before the 2nd chorus
[1] has 2 verses before the 3rd (fade out) chorus
I much prefer the China Beach version, anyone know if it's available? The sites I've looked at don't have previews for the "Reflections" on the China Beach soundtracks.
I also prefer the edited version in the intro of China Beach.
I doubt it's officially available as such; I've downloaded it as MP3 from YouTube.

As for "The Supremes" vs. "Diana Ross & The Supremes" credits, just around the time when this song came out in 1967, they were renamed the latter by head of Motown Records, as Ross were given more and more notice over the other two members. She quit in 1970 for a highly successful solo career.
