They're all fantastic and beautiful actresses but I've always had a soft spot(and i'm a girl) for Michelle.Anyway,they're all breathtakingly stunning : the wise brunette,the shy red-haired and the dreamy blonde.

I tried to like Cher but she's hugely overrated in my opinion. When it comes to Madonna, I'm mostly into rock music (Bryan Adams, David Bowie, Queen etc. etc.) but she is one of the two my favorite pop artists (along with George Michael). As an actress, I only saw "Shanghai Suprise", "Shadows and Fog", "Body of Evidence", "A League of their Own", "Dick Tracy" and "Evita", and none of those roles (except "Evita") needed that kinda great acting ability and her performances were enoughly good for me.

As for the thread topic itself: Michelle is without a doubt more beautiful, but Susan somehow has great sex-appeal. Susan's also undoubtedly the best actress of the three.

Michelle, definately. I mean, Michelle has always been stunning and she still is, especially for her age. In this movie, I actually 'wow'ed at how youthful she is in this movie, and she's an amazing actress. So it was her, followed very closely by Susan (who I kept wanting to shout, "Damn it, Janet!" everytime she came on sceen...followed closely by "slut!!" (I've seen Rocky Horror waaaay too many times). I resisted.
And Cher is...I was mildly suprised actually. She wasn't amazing, but she wasn't exactly...bad either. But out of the three, she wasn't the prettiest. Michelle was.

I've never found Cher attractive. Granted she "had" a hot body plus an exotic beauty but she ain't my cup of tea.
I was surprised at how beautiful Cher looked in the film and Susan Sarandon also looked splendid.
Michelle Pfieffer is obviously the most classically beautiful of the 3 however I am not into women that are too conventionally pretty... I prefer beauty with an edge and for that reason I would chose Susan.
With that said and I will say this again, I was surprised at how beautiful Cher looked here. She definitely held her own in the looks department next to Sarandon and Pfieffer so she would be my second pick.
Today, it is a different story. I still find Sarandon terribly attractive and Pfieffer has mantained her beauty while Cher, looks like a plastic surgery nightmare.
