Soundtrack?

The songs are really good for the most part but I also like the music composed for the film. Especially the music on the rope bridge! Very intense. Is a soundtrack out there. I've never seen one.

to answer the question about where to find the soundtrack, I'll tell you this. I have found a few of the songs through peer to peer networks (kazaa, imesh, etc). I have, however, only looked for Cutting Crew's "Life in a Dangerous Time" (which is really hard to get, you have be persistent...check out imesh), the Cult's "Aphrodesiac Jacket" (my favorite), and the Bruce Horsnby songs. So they're out there, you just have to keep trying for them.

Thanks! I actually picked up a used Bruce Hornsby album for a few bucks at my local record store a while back and those songs are on it. I also have that Cult song(that is a great song, too). Believe it or not, I'd love to find the music composed for the film, such as for the rope bridge scene like I stated. Finding that music on an album would probably be almost impossible, though.

I'd love to find this soundtrack sometime. One of the best songs I see thats on here is the one that Mark Boals does when they're on the river. I never even knew Mark Boals had a band other than Yngwie during that time.

The original composition is by Michael Boddicker, who provided an intense synthesized score for the film. As the film progresses, his thrilling score complements the treachery that Alan Block and the boys must endure on their wilderness adventure.

It's a good one, it's got twins.
