Obviously George didn't have to show any identification when he bought it, the shopkeeper just let him pay for it without even looking at it for a price, in which George told him it was $3.00! what a cool guy!
But what did he mean by "That's good money, they got twins." ? (I think that's what he says, not totally sure).
