Not that far off. Vic was kind of the sadistic type who only wanted things done his way and would push back hard at anyone who dared question his authority. A total dick with an inferiority complex. Kind of reminded me of one of the assistant scoutmasters in my boy scout troop. He took us on camping trips and worked the hell out of us, like a drill sergeant, and was at least part of the reason I quit. But I'm glad quit anyway, and will never encourage my son to participate in scouting.
