Is that the movie with small throwing discs ?

This is the only scene I remember from a movie I'm looking for, which I think contains Rutger Hauer and Gene Simmons. Not sure because I rented a lot of videotapes as a kid in the 80's, so my memory may have mixed other movies together. For example I recently saw Blind Fury, thinking it was that movie, but it wasns't, as it didn't show this particuliar scene : Rutger Hauer faces a machine that throws many small sharp discs, looking like tiny CDs, and must protect himself (and maybe a kid or a woman too) behind some furniture (I remind a bar counter) as those discs cut everything they hit. I think it occurs in a room, not very large, somehow angular, and its wall seem to be painted black. I'm almost certain there's Gene Simmons playing the usual vilain, but it's not in "Runaway" because I know well that movie. Is this "Wanted : Dead or alive" ? Thanks in advance !

The movie you're thinking of is "Dark Angel," also titled "I Come in Peace." It starred Dolph Lundgren as a police officer who was trying to stop an alien drug dealer.
