Why were the Postal Inspection Service involved in Bud's arrest?

When Bud gets arrested, there is a guy from the SEC and a guy from the Postal Inspection Service. Why would the postal service be involved in an insider trading investigation?

Probably because Bud used the USPS to send documents. Postal inspectors were involved in the Shawn Merriman ponzi scheme investigation.

I don't have time to sit here and listen to some jive ass put me on.
