Time between Bluestar acquisition and learning Gekko's plans?

If I recall, very quickly after Bud & his dad fight and Carl agrees to take the plan to the union, Bud joins the meeting where he learns of Gekko's real plans. Did they ever say how much time passed in between?

Was just curious how much time Bud had to enjoy his Presidency and work on his "three point plan" before learning the truth :)

It was probably less than a month. One of the people in the meeting told Bud that he'd have the shortest executive career since the pope who got poisoned. I think he was talking about John Paul 1 who I just found in Google only lasted 33 days as pope. He also may not have actually been murdered.
