Bud Fox's Upper East Side Apartment

The filming locations state that it supposed to be The St. James's tower, 415 East 54th Street, Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA.

But the exterior building shot it looks more likely that it is the building at East 59th, Sutton Pl & East 58th Street.

What does everyone else think, especially any native or current New York residents?

you can see the building's awning in the scene where Bud yells "All my life your men have been able to count on you!" at his father and it clearly says "St. James Tower".
