That has to be a transvestite who appears over Bud's left hand shoulder while he is walking out on the sidewalk after confronting GG in his office on the Blue Star liquidation.
Give it a few seconds of Bud walking on the street and then look for a "black haired" women who appears over his left shoulder side. Not in the least bit hating on or making fun of anyone.
I just thought it amusing for this particular person to appear at that time of filming. Planned or not planned by Oliver Stone ?
