I can't think of any except maybe Michael Pare. He's got the square jaw hero look and can handle action. Gary Sinese looks like the real Eliot Ness. I can't see Maaaaaaat Daaaaamon, Marky Mark Wahlberg or Ben Affleck as Ness.

In today's politically correct world...Elliot Ness would be played by Will Smith or Jay Z.
shareI think it depends on what kind of Ness you want. That is to say, the "Boy Scout" Eliot Ness that Costner played, or the hardnosed Ness than Robert Stack played.
Personally, I'd rather see the latter character in a remake than the former.
