Some people shouldn't be allowed to type words

To say that this movie is stupid, or certain scenes in this movie was only worth watching is showing us the current DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA... REALLY????... Oh, well I guess we can always watch the GREAT ADVENTURES OF HAROLD & KUMAR...OR HOW ABOUT ALL OF THOSE GREAT LARRY THE CABLE GUY MOVIES...Some people shouldn't be allowed to have the gift of having fingers to type or the gift of sight to call this movie stupid...Just plain sad...

Are you defending the movie? ANyone with an ounce of cinematic knowledge would see this as the garbage it was. EVERYTHING about it is bad. Wait ok the casting was good. However their acting was bad because the direction was bad. The cinematography was atrocious. The score is not good. And the movie is totally unbelievable and absurd. It's truly one of the worst movies ever made based on what they had to work with (The cast and real life story). It was classic De Palma cheesiness.

LOL! Yep! You nailed it. The American Film Institute for starters wouldn't have that "ounce of cinematic knowledge". You and Capone are of the same mind. They have NOTHING! DUH!

Oh yeah? Well anybody with cinematic knowledge would appreciate the original Superman movie. Without it we wouldn't even have the Superhero films we have today.

Green Goblin is great! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1L4ZuaVvaw

Actually, anyone with an ounce of cinematic knowledge couldn't possibly tear into this masterpiece.

Luke, I am your faaather.....

....and, again, you are wrong. It's been done, by knowledgeable people (check out Roger Ebert's review if us amateurs aren't good enough for you). Your defense of this movie comes off in almost religious terms. No film is above scrutiny.
