...either shoot or arrest the hitman who entered his house with a knife? Wasn't he kind of worried that just chasing him out the door wasn't going to be enough to stop another attempt on his life?

He didn't get a chance since he was shot up by Nitti before he could do anything about that guy.

I dunno. I'd have blasted the *beep* to smithereens with that big shotgun. Malone likely would have done the same. It was a cheap gimmick to get him to go outside so he could, in turn, get blasted by Nitti. I would have preferred to have seen Malone pull the trigger right after that "gun fight" line....

Yeah, I agree, that was pretty stupid. He should have blasted him right after the "bringing a knife to a gunfight" line.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
