I'm watching this right now on BBC1 and I am certain this character was the influence for Eric Cartman.

The voice and insults are perfect Cartman. She must be the inspiration.

You're dead right. I was watching it too and I couldn't think where I'd heard that voice and then I went "Oh, it's Cartman!".

"If we go on like this, you're going to turn into an Alsatian again."

More like Cartman is a Momma clone, seeing as how Throw Momma came out years before.
