Owen Lift
I did feel sorry for Owen. His life was pretty crappy, considering he was a man in his early forties still living at home with his mother and not really going anywhere in life. His mother was the mother from hell. He had to wait on her hand and foot and to top it off she treated him terribly. She was always mean to him and insulting him, which I'm sure did wonders to his self-esteem and confidence. Owen seemed like a good, kind-hearted person who was just misguided and confused (thanks in part to his crazy mother). I think if Owen had moved out or put his mother in a nursing home to get the care she needed, he would have been much better off.
