Something I alway wondered

I understand that Owen dispite having his independence, had to wait on his mother hand and foot, I always wondered though how does he go to Hawaii and leave her by herself for a whole day without her going bilistick, when he and Larry get back to the house she doesn't say OWEN WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN!

That is a really good question but we'll never know.

I think the answer lies in the scene when Larry busts in to Lester's apartment early in the morning and he's in bed with that airline stewardess. Remember? She goes through his alibi and sort of screws it up, because he could have gone to Hawaii and have been back in the time that he's now in Lester's apartment. So the same for Owen. His mother probably goes to bed early, so he could have been in Hawaii by nightfall, pushed the woman over the boat, and been back in the morning to Los Angeles.

But then again, there's that great scene when Owen gets back at night, and his Mom suddenly slaps his face, saying "Your friend had an accident, he's dead! You go bowling and leave a corpse to take care of me". So she is awake late at night, sometimes.

After watching it again I've come to some things that might explain, when he meets Larry at the bus stop, he has nothing with him, yet when Larry is trying to escape from the Lift House he goes through all Owen's and we all see stuff Owen had brought home from Hawaii so he obviously went home before he met up with Larry. Other then that though I still don't know I'm thinking he gave her a sleeping pill before he left and she slept through it the whole time. Who Knows?

The bigger question is what the hell is "bilistick"?

Please do not make negative comments about a film YOU NEVER SAW. It makes you look stupid.

Either you are a complete moron for not understanding "bilistick" is simply a bad spelling of "ballistic" or you're just one of the silly trolls who has nothing better to do than point out spelling errors without actually pointing them out.

A second line on your signature would be appropriate:
Please do not waste your time drawing attention to errors in spelling. It makes you look stupid.

Wow. Bit of an overreaction, eh?

Complete moron.
Silly troll.
Stupid.

Nice introduction.

Typos are one thing, but I would be happy to have somebody point out that I had been spelling something in such a way.

So the reader has the responsibility for understanding your point if you can't write it correctly?

...rrrriiiiiighhhtt.... what would Mr. Spock say?

Which is the bigger 'moron'; the one that can't write a simple english word correctly and yet expects others to still know exactly what they meant, or the one that doesn't understand what some cryptic, non-english non-word is supposed to mean (when it could easily mean many things)?

I mean, if I can think of 70 different things your lazy, mental mistake and egotistical attitude could have pointed to, am I a moron for not being able to pick the exact one you were thinking of?

One is not a telepath, is one?
