Saw it in the theater

My friend Quincy and I used to see a lot of movies together back in the mid/late 80's. We were both in 4th/5th grade, and saw movies every Saturday. We saw Teen Wolf Too on a Saturday (opening week) in November 1987. Other movies we saw during the period:

A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon (River Phoenix)
Adventures in Babysitting (about 5 times)
License to Drive
Can't Buy Me Love

We just loved seeing bad movies. I actually remember seeing the trailer for Can't Buy Me Love at the theater and both of us saying "we're going to see that." Those were the days though... innocent, fun, no stress about life. Nintendo. Sega.

I like seeing bad movies but I never saw any bad movies of the 80s in the theaters.

Ugh, and to think that my father contributed 7$ a person (or whatever it was back then) to this atrcoity when we saw it......Oh Dear Lord forgive him, he does not know what he does!!!

Well it's not like anyone's missing something, if having not seen this, I did see this as a rental or on tv -I think, but I remember that others in my age group didn't like it either back then, it's a little overrated & not really surprised that it's in the bottom 100.

I too saw this in the theater, sorry to say. I was about 10 years old at the time. The experience qualifies as one of the first times I was actually old enough to recognize a really bad movie as such.
