It's not so bad

I'm surprised at how much negative feedback this film gets. It's not that bad. I used to love the movie when I was a kid and then it got taped over. I saw it again just before it came out on DVD on VHS and I admit, some of it seemed really corny, some acting was crap and a few things here and there I thought was lame. But still, its by far the worst movie I’ve ever seen.

Maybe if you do what I do and pretended that Styles and Coach Kline are not supposed to be the same characters then you take away that dumb-ass idea. I hate reprised roles by different actors as much as anyone and never understand why they even try to do that sort of things (especially with actors who don’t act or look anything like them)

Once that’s out of the way, it's not so bad.

Sure, the meeting of Scott and what’s-her-face is done over the top in sweetness and the look on her face gives me the *beep* And the reasons Todd gives her later for him yelling at her in the library over a book don’t seem all that bad to be getting worked up over, and I always skip the musical scene of now I can dance.

Apart from that, it’s not so bad. Good soundtrack, too. It's cliché but what would you expect from a sequel of this kind?

One has to be a total moron to like this movie. I watched about ten minutes of it and it's hard to believe they made it. It's total nonsense.

I actually loved this movie as a kid, too. I watched it a lot, and liked it a lot better than the original, surprisingly. I guess the weird tone of the first movie, turned me off as a kid.

Rocky VI must happen! Sean Penn said so!
