ok so there are about 100 similarities, if not exactly replicated scenes in Teen Wolf Too that rip off the first film and here's one:
The Love Triangle...does teen wolf pick the popular blonde who he is lusting after or the brunette friend that is in love with him for who he really is.

The party at the campus replacing the high school dance.
He's on a date playing golf and has a confrontation with the bully.
Exact copy of the bowling scene.
Scott decides he doesn't have to be the wolf in the end.
Scott ends up with the nerdy girl in both films.
A montage of the wolf with music when he becomes a hot shot stud.
Even a scene of a hot chick in bra and panites in both films. Man this could go for ever...
A crappy sports team miraculously overcomes the top ranked team even though the wolf isn't present.
"Well...I've seen enough. Come on Charlie, we're going home."

The 'Wolf' in both films alienates his teammates by doing everything himself and not letting them in on the action. (scoring all the points and boxing all of the opponents)
The basketball and boxing teams both face the rival team in the first game/ match of the season, and again in the finals.
The Scott and Todd's respective personal rivals were their opponents in basketball and boxing.
After the championship game/ boxing match, Scott and Todd both brush by the blonde girl and go after the more wholesome brunette.
I just made a comment about this in another thread. They didn't even try to do things differently here. They copied the first movie so much and yet it still sucked.
