Surf Nazi's in Fast Times at Ridgemont High?

Surf Nazi's must die came out in 1987, right?

So in Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982), when Stacy Hamilton (Jennifer Jason Leigh) loses her virginity in the baseball dugout, why do we see graffiti that says "Surf Nazis" ?

How this was five years before the Surf Nazi movie. Was this some sort of late 70's/early 80's inside joke that somehow became a Troma film a few years later?

Anyone? Bueller, Bueller, Bueller?

The term Surf Nazi originally applied to surfers who hogged particular surf spots and did'nt let outsiders surf there. The movie was just a literal portrayal of that term.
