My tivo cut off the last few minutes. I saw up to when they were taking the tests at the end. I assume they all pass their tests and everything is good but did any other things happen? Did Shoop hook up w/ that teacher?, etc.. Thanks

They take the test.......
They all go to meet Shoop at his house and he annouces they all failed.
Shoop, Gills and Principal have a meeting with kids and parents.
Find out that the average was failing, but many passed.......Bathroom guy, Dave, Alan, Kevin, Pam all passed.
Denise, Chainsaw, Larry and Rhonda all failed.
Rhonda gets to retake it becuase of birth, Dave promises to fail it as he Chainsaw was mad that he failed.
Gills wants Shoop fired, but Shoop shows that all of their averages went up a total 125% average and the principal agrees that SHoop should get his 10 year thing.
At the end, RObyn and Shoop hook up and make out in the beach, as Wondermutt finds bob wash up on shore.

Yeah, you nailed it all except one thing. Shoop was trying to make tenure, not 10 year. Tenure basically gives teachers extra prestige and job security. I'm not sure if it works the same way in high school as college, but giving a teacher tenure makes it almost impossible to fire them. A tenured professor at my university has a civil suit pending against him and the university because he took nude photos of a student and they aren't sure if they're even going to be able to fire him. Tenure is a lot of power for a teacher.

I like how this movie ends more realistically, than you think it will. I like how everything isn't peachy, and some fail. I wish more movies were like that.

Yes, tenure is a special job security which means that the teacher has been there enough years that he or she cannot be fired due to budgetary cuts. They can be fired if they do something wrong, like *beep* a student.
shareNo, they didn't all pass, but they all improved their test scores, which was what apparently the filmmakers thought was important. The principal decided to grant Shoop his tenure because of that and yes, Shoop hooked up with Bishop.
