I know as well as anyone that remakes are usually disappointing, but every now and again someone gets the itch to do one. With that said, who could play the new Freddy Shoop? I think Luke Wilson would make a could Freddy Shoop.

I just saw this movie, and when I first saw Gills, I immediately thought of Steve Carrell. The role would fit him perfectly. As for Shoop, I have no idea who should replace him. This movie should NOT be remade. Although, if it were,my vote is for Steve Carrell as Gills.
