Obscene gestures?

When the lady suggested the class do some obscene gestures because their swearing disturbed the class next to them, there were 3 gestures done. There were kids flipping the bird, the arm, and then there was a third gesture that I haven't seen prior to this movie or since, does anyone know what that one's supposed to be?

can you describe it? was it the one who the tongue in the cheek to indicate a BJ?

Nope. Back when we had HBO and Cinemax they were too softcore to show anything like that.
