In the dream he had a little sister but the scene when the parents and kids were in the office, Chainsaw's dad said they stopped having kids after Chainsaw? So what was with the little kid in Chainsaw's dream? She was obviously younger than him.
shareI actually answered this in another thread but I will repeat it here. His dad said that it was because of him that they stopped having kids. That implies that at some point his behavior got so outrageous that they didn't want to have anymore kids so they did what they had to do to do that. That doesn't mean they didn't have anymore kids, just that at some point they didn't want anymore.
