During that neighborhood party when the men are talking about the whacko who killed his family and someone says something like "what kind of maniac would do that?" (or whatever the statement was) and Jerry is making the newspaper hat and he says quietly "Maybe they disappointed him." Aaaaahhh!

I agree. And O'Quinn really 'sells' the line, followed by that chilling look up right afterwards.

Yes!! Plus the next biggest one is when he says “Wait now who am I here” or something like that. Even as a kid that scared me. Also at the beginning when he walks past the bodies and hangs up the phone like he’s tidying up.
