This is one of my fav movies of all time , what makes this so special is the chemistry of the cast, Dreyfuss and estevez were superb together and stowe with aidan quinn as the villain was also brilliantly cast. Its a pity that hollywood cant churn out more good action comedies like this anymore

I've been told "48 hrs" is good, with Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy and so am waiting to see it on sky,
If you liked "Stakeout" and "Another Stakeout", then "48 Hours" and it's sequel, "Another 48 Hours" are both very worth watching - although IMHO, neither of those lot come close to the "Lethal Weapon" series (barring "LW2" (I think - the one where the South Africans are the baddies) which was terrible!!)
