Madeleine Stowe's 'Accent'

I agree with everyone here that in this film she was so Teh Hotness, but is her character supposed to have an accent...I understand that the character is Latina or at least half but sometimes when she speaks certain lines of dialogue her accent is all over the place. Anyone notice this?

yep. its the only flaw in the movie

Thankfully she kept it subtle enough that when she slipped in and out of it, it was hardly noticeable.
