Is this the movie I remember?

Does this movie have a scene (I assume it would have been toward the end) where the lottery scam is exposed ... SPECIFICALLY, the numbers are displayed on a huge digital/lightboard screen in front of a crowd ... BEFORE the balls/tickets are actually picked from the drawing? And the crowd sees what's going on, and starts booing?
