When Keith asks Watts, "Why didn't you tell me?" and she says he never asked. Ummm, yes he did in the beginning of the movie he actually directly asks her...."Who have you ever been in love with?"

I love this movie to death, but I have to agree with you. I noticed this too. Sure she probably wouldn't confess her love for Keith, but I don't think she would say "You never asked." That line plus the "I always knew you were stupid" line are pretty lame, but I can easily forgive them both because of the wonderful final line, "You look good wearing my future."

sharei thought the same thing.. like he was really going to ask - "are you in love with me?".. even when i COULD tell girls liked me in high school there was no way i would have ever asked "oh btw, do you secretly wanna hook-up with me?".. it's just not a natural type of thing to say unless you're a complete narcissist..
