Has anyone noticed that in one scene towards the beginning, when he first starts working from the office, that Michael J Fox's hair is completely different to the rest of the film? It's longer and a different style.

the reason is he was shooting light of day witch was also made in 1987,he might have just finished secret but had to come back to do that extra scene for it while shooting light of day............

That was a pick-up shot that they added in later. The scene was not complete enough with him haggling over the phone with the one guy. So in post they had him come into an offic mock-up and do the reaction to closing the deal. They got the clothes right, but a continuity person missed the hair, as MJF was preparing for the start of the next Family Ties season.
