Didn't Chris say he gets tounge tied around women? Or was that only with Roxanne? Because when Chris talks to Sandy at the bar he has no problem. I didn't understand that part?

Sandy was more on Chris's level, intellect-wise, in my opinion. He was in awe of Roxanne, she's more "star like", but Sandy was just a normal, friendly girl. Sandy and Chris were made for each other.
share...and Sandy was playing to his ego by telling him how funny he was after he made a couple of totally lame jokes. Roxane would not have played to his ego by laughing at them...they were so bad. She had much higher expectations as evidenced by the only way she could be seduced was through the incredibly romantic prose that CD gave Chris.
