NEW ROBOCOP DOCUMENTARY 2017!

Hey folks, thought I'd let you all know about my next project with Dead Mouse Productions who brought you Leviathan: The story of Hellraiser 1 & 2 and You're so cool brewster: the story of fright night...
We'll be doing a documentary on (you guessed it) Robocop.

Unlike those mouthful titles you've just read, this will simply be called 'Robodoc: the creation of Robocop'

Robocop is my all time favourite flick and like many I saw it at a very early age in a heavily edited form on ITV on it's premier. Pretty much changed my life and this doc will be going very deep into the making of and the legacy it has left behind. We're aiming to cover the sequels (albeit in a lighter form as well!)

we're currently in pre-production and gathering up as many cast before embarking on a kickstarter campaign

I've already liked the Facebook page, and I'm super excited about this and can't wait to see who else you can get in the cast. I'll definitely support on kickstarter when the time comes!

That's awesome, will they cover the troubled history of Robocop 2 at all? From the rejected Corporate Wars script from the original's writers, to Tim Hunter being fired, to Frank Miller's script being rewritten several times until he was replaced as well to Nancy Allen hating working with Irvin?
