funniest scene
I shouldn't be laughing at this scene because it was an emotional scene for robocop but when he was leaving his abandoned house, that angry face he made was hilarious

shareYeah, ya jerk. :P
My favorite "funny" parts are:
"B****es leave"
The pee on the dude's pants in the bathroom scene.
And I know the events preceding this line are not funny even a little but when the old man says "Dick, I am VERY disappointed" after Ed-209 malfunctions and blows that poor guy away during that presentation. WTF! Basically one of the most horrific scenes in any film (IMO) and his reaction is to be "very disappointed." Wow.
It wasn't me who was murdered, was it?
I laughed my ass off at the ED-209 demo gone wrong scene lol
shareReally dark comedy just permeated that film. One of the things I loved most about it. Pretty much every scene, no matter how gruesome, or ultra-violent, or 'serious' always had an element of comedy. I think Kurtwood Smith turned in some of the funniest moments. Just little quirky things. Like the way he sort of waggles the grenade before pulling the pin out with his tongue. Or that wonderful 'guns..guns..guns..' improv moment. Or dipping his fingers in Sal's wine. Such a great character.
Also love the TV news segments and commercials and 'I'd buy that for a dollar' show. All great stuff.
One that always sticks with me is when Dick Jones overhears Bob talking **** about him in the bathroom. The line is:
"I remember when I was a young executive for this company. Used to call the old man funny names.....Iron Butt.......Boner......"
I just find it hilarious that somebody would call somebody Iron Butt or Boner and remember doing it. Weirdest names to call somebody. That part always cracks me up. Kind of names that six year olds call each other.
Gotta love the "unemployed person" who appears in the TV man on the street interview.
The scene where the off license robber goes flying head first into the fridge is hilarious too.
"Can you fly Bobby?"
That part always makes me laugh, guess that's what happens if you burn the *beep* money!!
The abrupt cut to the guy standing up as Dick Jones is getting shot, and then giving the thumbs up after he falls out the window
shareFunniest parts of the film:
1) When the former mayor is knocked out of the window, all the cameramen rush over to film him hitting the floor.
2) "Sure! Mind if I, zip this up?" She looks down!
3) Robocop using a drill to remove his helmet - looks like he's drilling holes in his head.
4) "Somebody call a paramedic!"
5) Emil's face when Robocop says "Dead or Alive, you're coming with me"
6) The female victim running over to hug Robocop, only to find moments later that he's a machine.
7) Emil watching the store TV, then smashing the window, turning the volume up.
8) Joe boasting about his new car, only for Clarence to blow it up moments later. "Nice car Joe!"
Lots of funny scenes but the one that I really luv is when ED-209 tries to walk down the stairs. I luv the way he just stands there & stares at them for a bit tilting his head like a dog. He eventually takes a step, and boom, down he goes. He then lies there on his back, throwing a temper tantrum while squealing like a pig. Very funny stuff.
shareWhen that guy catches Leon's gun without even looking and keeps dancing with it
shareThe funniest scene for me is Johnson's reaction to Dick Jones killing Morton & RoboCop killing Dick Jones ha ha!
Keva Rosenburg's little interview is a close second.
DISPLAY thy breasts, my Julia!
Indeed! My favorite part of that is when he rises from the table as Dick Jones is getting shot. The look on his face is hilarious
