Does this have a scene where guy gets crushed by bleachers???

I'm trying to find the name of a movie where somebody gets crushed by bleachers after the killer turns on the machine that retracts them. I know it's not Cutting Class or Slaughter High. Is it this movie?

There is an "X-Files" episode where a boy is crushed by bleachers, it's in season 3 and called "Syzygy".
