I'm just wondering because obviously the title has the word 'Return' in it and it's one of the b-slasher films I don't know that much about. Any info would be appreciated

There is, in fact, a movie called Horror High that was released in 1974. It was released under the title Twisted Brain. It was re-released by Code Red recently. But it was in no way connected to Return to Horror High.

RETURN TO HORROR HIGH is a joke title. Its events take place years after a series of high school murders. So in a way it's a sequel to a film that doesn't exist.
