with Colin Farrell....he can sure play like he has a hangover.

that's funny. my gf is a hardcore Colin Farrell fan. I'd love to see a remake with him as the principal. However, in todays remake, the parents of Victor Duncan come to school, announce that their child "would never do such things", successfully sue the school for millions, and send the principal to jail. The administration would announce that "we cannot tolerate such lawlessness.... of the principal".

just watch "the class of 84 " from 1982 its similar except its perry king as a teacher doing the same kinda thing basically.

99.99% of films do not "need" a remake.

And I think this movie was "hardcore" enough. Any more and it would be a parody of itself.
