On a scale of 0-10 how did you like this movie?

I give Police Academy 4: Citizens On Patrol a 5/10, I thought Harris & Proctor were the best moments in an otherwise mediocre film, overall I thought this film was a huge drop in quality compared to the 3 previous films.

10, this is a quintessential 80's movie, plus it helped start the skating revolution. I think its the best of the franchise.
