Just not right

Did they try and get Brant Van Hoffman for this? Kyle Blanks is a legend in the first movie.

He either was unavailable or just didn't have the desire to return.

Copeland was hardly in it anyway. He had maybe three scenes. Two of them involving the skateboard punks, and one where Harris chewed him out for letting them escape.
