stallone stories are very simple and action are real life heroics. He will go down as the greatest action hero ever along with arnie!

5 kings of action in my opinion mostly due to nostalgic reasons lol are Arnie, Stallone, Van Damme, Norris, Seagal...Honoroble mentions Wesley Snipes, Bruce Willis, Dolph Lundgren, Kurt Russel, Mel Gibson

100% agreed. Over the top is one of my top films and I don't care what critics or anyone else says.

I agree about OtT being underrated. It has a touching story with good acting, a nice soundtrack and decent action.

I agree with everything you said, but you know what else? This movie manages to be touching, has good acting, action, a soundtrack, and is cornier than hell, but in a charming 80s way. It's both legit and corny at the same time.
