over the top vs rocky V

which do you think is the better father/son movie? i always look at rocky v as more like over the top 2 rather than a rocky movie.

If i have to choose between this two movies, i choose Over The Top!

Over the Top. Funny, when I was a kid, I saw this as Rocky V until the proper part V came out. This one is better.
