Lets Meet Our 8 Finalists but We Only Meet 6?

I am a huge fan of this film, but one thing I always questioned, when the announcer says lets meet our 8 semi-finalists, why do we only meet 6? We are introduced to John Grizzly, Mad Dag Madison, Harry Bosco, Carl Adams, Stallone and then Bull Hurley. Who are the 2 mystery finalists and why are they not included?

Does anyone know if the blu-ray has the two mystery finalist featured? I am debating buying it, it would be awesome if these guys were included.
