If they were arm wrestling for real a guy could possibly have his arm broken. I wonder if there was a real tournament going on in the middle of the filming? If the arm was a prop the guy sure did a convincing job of screaming in pain.

I believe they did film some real arm wrestling matches for the movie and that was a real broken arm.

I noticed that too. That was a genuine dislocation of the elbow. The quick response to help him was legit too. I'm glad they kept that in the film.
