This movie has a lot of heart, yeah it's cheesy by today's standards, but has a kid growing up without their father and having a kid of my own there is a lot I can relate to this movie. I have seen this movie several times and I enjoy it every time too.

I've watched OTT so many times now that I've lost count, but I still love it. Even the soundtrack works.
real steel is a blatant rip off. awesome movie, try to find the toys for it.

Real Steel definitely a reboot and although not bad Over The Top is way better.
