Does this sound familiar to anyone?
A movie about kids surfing and when one kid asks the other, "Are you ready for the competition?"or something like that, the other kid responds, "Yeah, I've practicing in my bathtub." Also, I think there was a scene in this movie where a guy stabs another guy in an ally at night and then throws the knife in the sewer.
It's not much to go by, but if anyone knows what movie this is, I'd appreciate them responding. I think the movie was in late 80's or early 90's.
